VPNCOME / SETUP NOTES

VPNCome Quick Start

Create an account, get your subscription, and import it into a client. This guide follows the actual setup sequence. If you already have an account or subscription, go straight to the relevant step.

Create an account and open the user dashboard

Start on the account creation page in the VPNCome user dashboard. No email address is required; you can create an account with a username and password. Follow the prompts to enter a username, set a password, and submit the form. If you see an error, correct the details as instructed and try again. Once your account is created, open the dashboard and check the account overview. If you are taken to a login page, sign in with the username and password you just saved.

Save your username and password in a trusted password manager, and use a unique password for VPNCome. These are your dashboard login details; the subscription link you get later is what the client uses to load server configurations. For your first setup, make sure you can sign in before choosing a plan. That way, you can find your order later without trouble.

The dashboard and this guide are separate pages. Use the dashboard to choose a plan, view orders, get your subscription, and download a client. Return to this page whenever you need to check the instructions. If you already have an account, use the login option instead of creating another one. If you only want to learn how to get a client, you can start with the platform-specific sections below.

Choose a plan and check your order

Once you can sign in, open the plans section in the dashboard. Think about how you use the service: for frequent access to international websites, ongoing use of AI tools, or video streaming, choose a monthly subscription based on your data needs. If your usage is irregular and you prefer to use data as needed, consider a data package. Compare the data allowance and billing terms before the price. Monthly subscriptions and data packages do not reset the same way.

Monthly plans are ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, and ¥28/month for 500GB. Data resets monthly on the activation date. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Data packages are ¥158 for 300GB, ¥358 for 1000GB, and ¥658 for 3000GB. They do not expire and remain available until used. All options support unlimited devices. Unlimited devices does not mean unlimited data; usage still counts against your plan’s allowance.

Open the plan you want and check the name, price, and data allowance shown in the order before paying. Follow the dashboard steps to complete payment. Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT are supported; the exact process depends on the payment method you choose. When the payment page is done, return to the dashboard, check the order status, and confirm the plan status in your account overview. Do not assume a plan is active just because the payment window has closed.

If the order status has not updated, first make sure you are signed in to the same account you used to pay, then check your order history. Avoid submitting the same order again. VPNCome offers a 7-day no-questions-asked refund; see the refund policy for how to request one. To compare all plans, visit the pricing page, then return to the dashboard when you have made your choice.

Get your subscription from the account overview

Once you have confirmed your plan status, open the account overview in the dashboard and find the subscription section. The subscription gives your client access to server configurations. It is not an installer or a website to keep open in your browser. Use the dashboard’s copy option to get the complete subscription link. If the dashboard offers an import option for your client, you can also use it after installing the client.

To import manually, copy the link directly from the dashboard and paste it into the client’s link field. Do not retype it from a screenshot or copy only part of it. The parameters in the subscription URL may identify your account. Missing characters, extra spaces, or accidentally copying the surrounding instructions can prevent it from loading. If you plan to import it later, make sure you do not overwrite the link on your clipboard.

The example below is a dummy value used only to illustrate the link format. It cannot be used to connect. For actual use, sign in to the dashboard and get your own subscription. Do not enter the example from this page into a client.

Sample only · Cannot be used to connect https://example.com/sub?token=YOUR_TOKEN

Treat your subscription link like a password and keep it secure. When troubleshooting, do not include the full link in public screenshots, posts, or group chats. If you need help, describe the client, operating system, and error message instead. Keep the dashboard handy after copying the link; next, get a client and import it. For subscription updates, resets, and other maintenance, see the complete guide. This page focuses on getting connected.

Import into a client for your platform

In the dashboard’s client downloads section, select the platform you are using and follow the instructions for the clients provided there. Clients for Windows, macOS, Android, and Linux are available after you sign in. The iOS option is displayed according to your plan status. You must be signed in to get a subscription. Signing in on the web does not connect your device; installing a client, importing the subscription, and connecting are separate steps.

Complete only the section for the device you are setting up. Desktop clients use subscription-based configuration, while mobile clients use subscription-based apps that support the system VPN connection. Check the dashboard for the available client names and import methods; there is no need to search for other download sources to match this guide. If you already use another network tool on the device, disconnect it during setup to avoid confusion from multiple tools trying to manage the connection.

Windows: Add a subscription or configuration

Select the Windows client in the dashboard, then install and launch it by following the download instructions. Open the “Subscription” or “Configuration” page and look for an option to import from a URL, link, or clipboard. Paste the complete subscription link you copied earlier. If a name is required, choose a recognizable local label to identify the configuration; do not put your password in the name.

Save, then update the subscription or download the configuration. Wait for the server list to appear, then select this configuration for use. Seeing the subscription name in a list does not necessarily mean the contents loaded correctly; check that selectable servers are displayed. If the import fails, copy the link from the dashboard again and retry. Finish the import before setting up the connection, and enable system proxy options as directed by the client.

macOS: Import and check the active configuration

Get the macOS client from the dashboard and follow the provided installation instructions. The first time you open it, macOS may ask you to confirm the app or grant network-related permissions. Check the app source and the details of the prompt. Open configuration or subscription management, choose the option to add a configuration by link, paste the subscription from the dashboard into the address field, then save and update it.

After the update, make sure the new configuration is selected as the active one, then open the server selection page. Importing a configuration and routing network traffic through the client are separate steps: the first loads the servers, while the second sends the relevant requests through the client. If the app has a menu bar icon, you can check the connection status there. Follow the dashboard’s platform instructions to choose between system proxy settings and other modes offered by the client.

Android: Add a subscription and allow network access

Sign in to the dashboard, get the Android client from the downloads section, and install it. Open the app and go to Configuration, Subscription, or Add. Choose the option to import from a link; some clients can also read from the clipboard. Check that the address field contains your personal subscription link, save it, and update the configuration. When the update succeeds, the server list should appear. Select the configuration you just imported, ready to connect.

If the system asks to set up a VPN connection when you connect, check the app name and confirm. This permission lets the client handle the relevant network requests; it does not replace importing your subscription. Return to the app to check the connection status, then continue to the verification step. If the connection works in the foreground but drops when you switch apps, check the client’s background activity restrictions in system settings. For troubleshooting steps, see the FAQ.

iOS: Get and add a configuration from the dashboard

Check the iOS client option in the dashboard first. Its availability depends on your plan status. If you see a message that your plan does not meet the requirements, check your account overview and order section before proceeding. Do not install configuration profiles from unknown sources. When the option is available, follow the dashboard instructions to get the client from the App Store. Store availability depends on factors such as your current Apple Account region.

Open the client and go to Subscription, Add Configuration, or Import from URL. Paste your personal subscription link and save it. If the dashboard offers one-tap import, make sure it opens the client you installed, then check that the servers appear after import. The first time you connect, follow the system prompts to add a VPN configuration and confirm it. To change subscriptions later, update them in the client’s configuration section; do not use the link as a webpage bookmark.

Connect to a server and verify the result

Once the subscription is imported and the server list appears, choose a server in a region that suits the service you want to use, then connect. For your first connection, choose a region with a clear purpose. If the target service has regional requirements, follow its rules. VPNCome covers 110+ countries and 250+ routes, but coverage does not mean every service accepts connections from every location. For help choosing a server, see the server page. First, check whether your current server works for the task at hand.

After connecting, check that the client shows a connected status, then reopen the website or app you want to use. Verify the result in practice: can the page load, can you sign in, and can you use the features you need? Do not rely on the client switch color alone. A page already open in your browser may retain an old session. Reload it or reopen the page to test a new request over the current connection.

If the client shows connected but the target page still will not open, first make sure the active configuration is the subscription you just imported. Then check that the system proxy or VPN permission is enabled as instructed. Next, try another server and revisit the same destination, leaving other settings unchanged so you can identify what makes a difference. Avoid changing the server, mode, and app settings all at once; if that fixes the issue, you will not know which change helped.

If regular websites work but a particular AI tool or streaming service says the region, account, or content is unavailable, check the service’s own rules. Bank-grade encryption describes connection protection; it does not change account eligibility, regional policies, or content licensing on the destination service. For related use cases, see the ChatGPT connection guide. If the issue persists, use the FAQ to distinguish subscription loading problems from connection failures or errors from the target service.

Once setup is verified, everyday use usually takes just a few steps: open the client, check the active configuration, choose a server, and connect. To add another device, get a client and import the subscription on that device; there is no device limit. Usage on all devices counts toward your plan’s data allowance. Check your remaining data and plan status in the dashboard regularly. Monthly subscription data resets on the activation date; data packages never expire and remain available until used. For renewals, configuration updates, and advanced setup, see the complete guide.
