Refund Policy
This policy explains refund eligibility, how to apply, and how payments are returned for VPNCome subscription services. Before applying, check the orders and payment records in your account. For questions about a specific transaction, please use a ticket after logging in so the transaction can be verified and the support history retained.
Refund Window and Eligibility
You can request a full, no-questions-asked refund within 7 days of your first payment. You do not need to have experienced a connection issue or completed troubleshooting first. The first payment date is determined by checking the order in your account against the corresponding payment record. The ticket timestamp is used to determine when a request was submitted.
Monthly subscriptions and data packages are both checked against the first-payment window above. Renewals, duplicate payments, and mid-term upgrades do not restart that window. For duplicate charges, amount discrepancies, or orders that were not delivered correctly, describe the issue separately so support can review the transaction.
Usage and Eligibility Limits
Normal use within the first-payment window does not change the refund to a prorated amount because a route was connected, a subscription was imported, or some data was used. This page sets no data-usage ratio or charge threshold, and the full-refund policy above is not limited by unpublished usage standards.
Standard refund requests submitted after the window are not covered by the no-questions-asked refund policy above. For unusual use beyond a plan's allowance, accounts that violate the rules, or disputes about transaction ownership, usage, account, and order records must be checked; a refund outcome cannot be determined solely from an unusual-activity flag. If this affects the review, the ticket will explain why and how to provide additional information.
Data packages do not expire, which means data remains available until used. This does not extend the refund window indefinitely. See the Terms of Use for account rules.
How to Apply and What to Include
Log in to the account used for the purchase, then submit a refund request through the ticket portal. Clearly state that you are requesting a refund and provide information that can identify the transaction:
- Order number, plan name, and payment date.
- Amount paid and payment method.
- The relevant transaction receipt; for duplicate payments, identify each related record separately.
You do not need to provide a reason for the refund. If you would like to report a connection issue, you may include the error message and the platform you used, but this is not a requirement for a no-questions-asked refund. Do not include your account password, subscription link, or payment key in a ticket. Redact any screenshot details unrelated to verifying the transaction.
If information is missing, support will explain what is needed in the original ticket. Please follow up in that same ticket to keep records together and make verification easier. When a refund is confirmed, the ticket will explain what happens next to the related order, subscription, or data package.
Refund Channels and Payment Methods
Refunds are generally returned to the original payment method; confirmed cash refunds are not replaced with account credit. For Alipay and WeChat Pay orders, refunds are initiated through the original channel when it supports them. If the original transaction cannot be refunded directly, the ticket will explain the limitation and review available options. Funds will not be sent to an unverified payment account.
USDT is handled differently from Alipay and WeChat Pay. The original payment record alone does not mean the funds can be returned automatically through the same route. If a transfer is needed, the original transaction, network, and receiving address will be checked in a ticket, and the refund amount and any applicable network fee will be confirmed before processing. No exchange rate is assumed, and a confirmed refund amount will not be reduced without explanation.
Checking Refund Status and Disputes
Submitting a request, confirming its review, and receiving the funds are separate steps. The time to receive a refund depends on order verification, payment-channel processing, and the receiving account. This policy does not promise a fixed timeframe that has not been confirmed by the payment channel. Check the progress in the original ticket and the actual transaction record in your payment account.
If a ticket shows that a refund was sent but the funds have not arrived, reply in the original ticket to request a refund receipt or transaction reference. If you disagree with the amount, eligibility, or outcome, you may also provide additional order records for review. See the Privacy Policy for information about handling personal data, and the Pricing page for plan billing rules.
